The pneumatically actuated PROKOSCH pinch valves of the 500 series are specially designed for use on pneumatic conveying systems, even with abrasive media. They are characterised by their robustness, the use of fewer individual parts and space-saving elements as well as their maintenance-free design. Because the valve can be disassembled without special tools, periodic replacement of the sleeve is possible with little effort.
The free cylindrical passage reduces flow resistance to a minimum. The housing is made of light metal with generously dimensioned wall thicknesses and has been tested in the factory with test pressures above 24 bar.
Simple design and operating principle – the housing is pressurised and the flexible sleeve is compressed inside the housing. As soon as the pressure in the housing is released, the cuff is also not loaded and the valve is open again.
On request, the sleeve can also be supplied in white food-grade quality and the flanges in aluminium or stainless steel. Special designs with regard to the materials used, automation and construction are possible on request.

Our employees and the ISO9001 certified quality management system, a control and measurement system from the supplier to material receipt to final inspection ensure the highest quality.
